Guys, trust me, I'm not trying to troll ..

Masturbation is the best thing to do before an exam. It's harmless and it get's rid of your stresses. If you have a sexual partner, you may choose to not masturbate.

If it's in the morning, like, 9am:
I pull an all-nighter 2 days before and run through all the textbook stuff. Then I sleep and make sure I wake up late afternoon/evening the day before, and run through all the notes, make idea maps and whatnot, and pull an all-nighter (which is really NOT an all-nighter, because I woke up so late) and get a coffee, an egg mac and then cranberry juice for the bus and get there an hour early. All of this because I'm completely messed up when I wake up at 5 (which is when I would have to wake up for a 9 am exam).

If it's later then the same thing happens without the elaborate out-of-sync sleeping patterns, with a lot of chocolate and calling people and feeling relieved when they're freaking out and I'm not, involved

With 4 exams in 3 days I wish I could. But I'd probably end up sleeping for 24 hours straight and missing one of them instead! Have you done this for long? Seems pretty intense I would think =/.

I usually sacrifice a Western student in front of the statue of the man throwing eagles in the air outside KTH. Don't you?

Depends on the year. This year, I'm showing up in costume. Already did for 1 exam.

Studying till 10-15 minutes before makes me feel better, even though I know that I will retain none of the information I read during that time -__- Listening to music for the last couple of minutes helps me calm down.

Yep! I'll be handing out candy canes too if I lug myself to Fortinos.
