What does the MSFAA form on osap look like
Hi I'm confused what the MSFAA forms look like? Are those the signature declation pages, if not where do i find them on OSAP? please help

MSFAA is a form where you hand in to the designated post office and it has series of questions where it will as you for you banking information. This will let OSAP to deposite the funding you'll get from them straight to your bank account. It's a new way of funding the money to you which started only last year. Before you have to line up just to get the funding, which takes very long. You will find this form along with the list of signature pages you have to print for OSAP on the website. You only do this once when you sign up for OSAP for the first time

So, if I handed the MSFAA form once to a designated post office last year, I wouldn't need to do it every year?
