OSAP MSFAA Form?
So I handed mine in a while ago on June 18th at a designated post office but it is still listed for me as a required document when I log in to the OSAP website. Does this mean that they failed to receive the MSFAA form and I should hand it in again or is it supposed to be listed there?

I'm just curious since I handed in my declaration forms and stuff on the same day at the same post office and the declaration forms are no longer shown under the required documents tab when I logged in to the osap website (which means it was received).

My comment won't be very helpful, but that's happening with me too :( And I handed it in a day later than you too...

I think I'll print out another copy and hand it in again....just to be sure.

Same for me, I emailed the Financial Aid office and am waiting on their reply.

They have several. The one I used was [email protected] but there are other emails at http://sfas.mcmaster.ca/office.html that you can use if you have a concern other than OSAP (different staff specialize in different topics).

limegreen21 says thanks to Vessi for this post.

Does the financial aid office get it though? I think someone else receives the form instead...otherwise wouldn't it make sense to have sent off the form with your declaration forms and stuff together in the same envelope??

When I went to the post office, the told me to call someone but I didn't catch exactly who...didn't seem like our financial aid office tho.

It goes to NSLSC.

I just received a response from the Financial Aid office. If you email them, they'll be able to check the status of your application (including if your MSFAA has been received) and they'll let you know!

Good news! I just went into the financial aid office, and they let me know that it's been processed. Apparently, it takes a while for it to show up, but they have it in the master database. So, if you are able to, go to the financial aid office. If not, like Vessi did, email them.

I'm sure yours has been processed too.
