I think the deadline for osap is July 15...and actually that's not even the deadline since you can apply in August to osap...If you apply after July 15, you have to pay mac a small amount of your tuition in September since mac will not get your tuition from osap until like October.
I am talking from experience because last year I applied to osap in August and had to pay like around 1k in September.
I don't know what's the deadline for the MSFAA, I think even if you submit it on the 16th nothing will happen (not too sure though)...you can ask SFAS, they can help you out.

Not 100% sure but I think the submission process for osap to be available on your payment agreement is July 15 (web). Submitting the msfaa/signature forms enables it to be complete so I think it is just a "Do it ASAP thing"

I don't think there is a deadline. You just need to have it sent in/processed before you can get your loan. The deadline of July 15th is for applying to OSAP in order to select it on your payment agreement.

I don't think the MSFAA will affect whether or not OSAP will appear as a payment option on your payment agreement. It's supposed to replace the line-up process at the beginning of the year.

Signatures/Declarations/Consent is required for your estimate to be released. Whether or not this affects OSAP appearing as a payment option on your payment agreement is something you would have to ask SFAS. I can see it as a problem if you send it in really really late like at the end of August but seeing as it shouldn't have a long processing time sending it in late may not pose a problem.
