I think the deadline was on July 15 2011 but I forgot to submit the new student form.

It's ok just submit it, the only difference is you will not get the card by mail you will have to go get it from school and stand in line.

Chad should create a FAQ for first year students.

i remember i didn't send the new student form in at all (i think, or maybe i sent it after the deadline).

on the first day, i had to go to the office of the registrar, they took a picture, gave me that form to fill in all that info, and printed it out on the spot.

Just make sure you get to the the Registrar's office early, the line-up can get pretty long in the first couple of days of school!
