You can still send it in.

But the deadline has passed where they'll mail you your ID card in August. You'll have go pick it up during welcome week (or if you're in residence the day you move in so you can eat).

Yep! Like Alyssa said, they just do the earlier forms first, so you're less likely to get it in the mail, and more likely during welcome week- which isn't that bad! Also, I'm pretty sure you can take your picture there too !

If you can time it right you don't have to wait in line, or not long anyways. The first time I waited 10-15minutes, the second time I waited 0minutes.

The thing is, the line opens at like... 9 AM usually? So you have to get there at like 8, and it's hard to get up that early at the beginning of the year haha. If you go a couple weeks into school, it's a breeze.

crys.eg says thanks to feonateresa for this post.

As long as you're before the deadline, I don't see why anyone would bother standing in sucha line on the first day

For OSAP, I'd stand in line the first day since the money is processed faster and it's out of the way. Student card... I'd go first day too, lol, I'm so not paying for bus tickets.
