Pretty bad. I've heard stories of people waiting like 3, 4 hours. But like Jeremy said, it really depends on when you go. In the first few days, it's always long. Even if you go to 2 in the afternoon, it's not much better.
Personally I've only had to wait maybe 2 hours? But I go like, soon after it opens, and it feels like people have camped out over night because so many have come already.

Basically, unless you get lucky, be prepared to wait in any line for like two hours. I stood in line with my friend Sabrina (Kokosas on here) to get her sticker for her Student ID, and that took two hours; And that line wasn't even that bad.

my advice is go the day before you're supposed to move in. that's what i did and it took me 20 mins, tops. also that way you're not stressing about all the other stuff you have to do, and once you move in you're going to want to get right into the swing of things and not stand in line for ages.
also, i actually totally forgot about my form and ended up just bringing it with me and that wasn't a problem, except in that case they just take a picture there and don't use the one you bring. so if you want to do that, try and look good. of just "lose" your card later and get a new one.
