How does OSCAR work after applications?
How does OSCAR work (after you apply)?
I know oscarplus just bundles resume and cv's and sends it all at once at the end of post date, but does OSCAR work differently? Immedately? Bundles and sends it per week? or like oscarplus.

As far as I know, OSCAR sends out resumes and cover letters as soon as you click the "Apply Now" button and confirm all your documents.
