Hey! It's really not more difficult to get into one then another. The process is all at random though, so you will have your choices in order of preference and they will do what they call random lottery method to pick people.

Odds are you will get one without a washroom since those outnumber those with washrooms.

yes. Les Prince is one residence in which all double room have attached washrooms. Apart from Les Prince there are only a few other rooms in all other residences altogether which make it hard for you to get a double with washroom. Your order of preference and luck in the lottery process will matter.

Just throwing out the fact that community washrooms are shockingly WAY more convenient. Besides the cleaning, it really sucks when you come back from class and are WETTING YOUR PANTS, but your roommate is taking 45 minutes fixing their hair... You'll see
