You gave up after 1 day? You can do better than that! There is no need to push yourself in the beginning. Just do what you can, you'll gradually get there.
Although, I'm not one to talk, I gave up after 3 weeks plus I didn't do it every day XD. I probably did like 10 days because I was so sore some days Lol

It's like the opposite for me. I could eat a cow, and you wouldn't see any additions to my size. I'm quite sure exercise (or possibly genetics, not too sure) has a part of this.

I don't know why but I always dress up for exams ad midterms... maybe because I don't study during the last few hours, so have lots of time to get ready...
