dropping 6 unit course
I want to drop a 6 unit course at Mcmaster and i can't find any information about what will happen in terms of grading. Has anyone dropped a full year course after doing 1 semester of it?

6 unit, full year courses are referred to as "term 3"

http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /regis...rop-dates.html

I could be wrong but what i get from this:
-Last day to drop without financial penalty was Sept.13
-Last day to cancel without academic penalty is Mar.14th

So you can still cancel without getting a zero BUT there will be a financial penalty (probably almost the entire amount ~Ex. $1000 in engineering~ at this point)
