Easy Soc Sci/Humanities/Language Course
I'm going into second year biology and as a prereq for UofT Med I need a Full Course Equivalent in any soc sci, humanities and language course. Now, a lot of U.S schools require english so I think I will have to take it but what are your opinions on Uni English and what are some easy humanities/soc sci courses that you would recommend? I have a pretty busy year so I just need a course in which it is very easy to get a double digit grade. Thanks !

English 1A03 Shorter Genres! The reading is really easy, just 1 or 2 poems or short stories a week. There's a tutorial assignment which you can choose to do alone or with a partner and (I believe) 2 short essays. It's also a really interesting class and by far my favourite first year class. Good luck!
I also wrote a course reveiw on the class right after I took it. Here is the link:

English 1A03 with Zuroski-Jenkins was incredible and by far my favourite first year class. She was a great prof, the readings were very straightforward and she took up whatever may have been difficult in them, and it was just a fun class in general. The tutorials have a very relaxed atmosphere (I can only attest for my tutorial, but that could be because my TA was amazing), and the lectures tend to turn out really funny.

Obviously I suggested this course too, it really is a good pick!

Would you advice someone with no background in econ to take this course?
