Econ 2K03
I was considering taking this course (The Economic History of Canada) but can't find much information on it, even in the course outline. If anyone has taken it can you please give some input in terms of interest/difficulty etc.

THANKS

I'm currently in that course, the prof for this semester is Hannah Holmes. To be honest if you like History you'll love this course. Quite simply, my interests are minimal when it comes to history but this is a pretty good course. Professor Holmes, in my opinion, did a good job at teaching it. You have to show up to lecture or you're lost. The textbook is great but I find that Prof Holmes gives you tonns of extra information that are not in the text. There is an essay worth 25% the midterm is 30% and the final exam is 45% of you mark. Hope this helps.

How would this course rank in terms of difficulty? Is it very time consuming/are the textbook readings necessary...or is everything tested from lecture like her micro course?
