Economics
I'm looking to major in Economics next year and was wondering if their are any econ students who have any feedback on how well economics can relate back to business.

Economics is social science. Although there are some relevant parts, if you want business you should take a major in business.

Krusenik's right. There are similar parts, but they're not as similar as you may want, and they don't lead to the same careers in all cases. We don't cover Business courses, but Business students cover Economics courses. If you're more interested in Business, I'd opt for that program.

That being said, a lot of people in Economics are looking at going into an MBA program. If this is something you'd like to pursue, then an undergraduate degree in either Business or Economics (as well as many other disciplines) can be beneficial.
