Just looking for some feedback on my timetable Term 1 on the left and term 2 on the right.

Pretty standard for engineers. Your first term is especially good since you finish so early on Fridays (there's no reason to go to Econ 1B03 lectures, Holmes posts everything.)
There really isn't a lot of flexibility with first year eng classes. I would check the master timetable to find out what your options are for labs and tutorials and try to fit them into your schedule to minimize your 1 hour gaps.
