Reasonable Doubt - JayZ
The Black Album - JayZ
The Element of Freedom - Alicia Keys
Kid CuDi - Man on the Moon

ANYTHING by Drake, all his mixtapes + his upcoming album will be EPIC, trust me.

Those are just a few off the top of my head.

BTW, JayZ haters are all WACK! lol, how can you hate Jigga man? Pftttttt

Listing all my favourite albums would be a bit too extensive, but lately I've really been digging:

My Maudlin Career -Camera Obscura
Monsters of Folk -Monsters of Folk
Stars and Stripes- The White Stripes Reimagined -Adrian Champion

The last one is available free as a download, I heavily recommend checking it out (especially rap fans).

On the website!

Also, since Jay-Z and Radiohead have both come up a few times, I also want to recommend Jaydiohead, its Jay-Z rapping over Radiohead songs.

lorend, Proxy all say thanks to Marlowe for this post.

Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head
Eminem - Everything up to Encore.
Gorillaz - Demon Days
Jamiroquai - Anything really.
The Killers - Hot Fuss
Shakira - Fijacion Oral (Vol I)

I don't really listen to entire albums after I stopped purchasing them.

Saw it for like 10 bucks recently too. Personally I like listening to entire albums, not just specific songs. I guess I just like being in tune with the band for that certain moment in time their albums are in production.

Sweet, so I'm planning to pick an album from each poster and go over them during Reading Week.

I think that ending with The Woods was a smart thing, it was their loudest and most abrasive album yet, so they really went out with a bang. And as a drummer, I really obsess over Janet Weiss, she's so badass.
I was introduced to them just a little over a month ago so I haven't even given any full album a listen. I dislike it when I get into a band only to find out they are either broken up or someone is dead. Carrie Brownstein is the one that stuck out to me. Her guitar work deserves more credit. But, man these ladies can sure entertain. Too bad they pretty much don't plan on getting back together.

EDIT: On the topic of drummers, I like Brian Chase of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Ben Koller of Converge and Zbigniew Robert Promiński of Behemoth. All three are entertaining, but the latter two are sick in their consistency and time signature changes though their bands aren't within the genre you seem to like.

I've always had a hard time picking favourites. For these, I tried to be more varied in picking my favourites but my tastes aren't all too broad. Links are to songs.

Animal Collective - Strawberry Jam

Beck - The Information

The Clash - London Calling

The Jesus and Mary Chain - Psychocandy

Mew - No More Stories
Are Told Today
I'm Sorry
They Washed Away
No More Stories
The World Is Grey
I'm Tired
Let's Wash Away

Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain

Pixies - Doolittle

The Velvet Underground - White Light/White Heat
