The Notwist is amazing, Consequence is one of those songs that just make you melt instantly.

I give the seal of high approval to the following albums. It has some variety, a bit of classic rock, some more contemporary stuff but I'm mostly very into acoustic, folk-pop kind of musical stylings.

U2 - The Joshua Tree (and everything else)
Peter Gabriel - So
Tom Petty - Full Moon Fever
Queen - anything
Fleetwood Mac - Rumors
Jewel - Piece of You
Colbie Caillat - Coco
Missy Higgins - On A Clear Night and The Sound of White
Lisa Mitchell - Wonder
Joe Purdy - Only Four Seasons
Johnny Lang - Long Time Coming
Gordon Lightfoot - anything
Joshua Bartholomew* - Joshua Bartholomew EP, And So It Begins, Heart Headed EP
Sarah McLachlan - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy and Afterglow specifically but anything really
Bright Eyes - I'm Wide Awake, Its Morning
Sufjan Stevens - Seven Swans
Justin Nozuka - Holly
Shania Twain - Come On Over
Alexander Rybak - Fairytales
The Kooks - Inside In The Inside Out
The Tragically Hip - anything
Lifehouse - No Name Face
Silverchair - Neon Ballroom

I'll stop there for now, I could go on for a while.

*Absolutely phenomenal Canadian indie artist. I would urge anyone to check him out.
