Finishing Online courses earlier

I'll be taking two accounting related courses through Cont Ed this Winter (Introductory Management Accounting & Intermediate Financial Accounting 1)

Apparently, the length of time we have is up to 5 months, but I was wondering if it was possible to complete them within 2 months as it would make my life a lot easier in the long run.

How rare is it for someone to finish a course this early, and what is the average time that people usually complete online courses?
