First Year Psychology
Ive been trying to take more pyshc courses because i only have 1X03- Intro: Pyshc, Neurosci, and Behav. I had assumed 1XX3- Found: Pyshc, Neurosci, and Behav was the continuation for 2nd term. However when i try to add it SOLAR says i dont have the requisits....

There are other course codes but they all have one of two titles i mentioned (Intro: Pyshc... or Found: Pyshc...) so im guessing there is one pyshc course per term. Does anyone know why I cant get into any of the 2nd term courses?

^If this makes no sense heres the link...

"Prerequisite(s): PSYCH 1X03 and credit or registration in Grade 12 Biology U or BIOLOGY 1P03"

"Not open to students with credit or registration in ISCI 1A24 or students registered in the B.H.Sc. (Honours) program."

Those are the only requirements for the program. So you either didn't take Bio in gr. 12 or you are in Health Sci. Can't think of any other reason why it's doing that.

I took 3U bio... not 4U.

The Mac website had pyshcology under social sciences faculty. I am in that program so i figured i could take psyhc courses... well... shit.

Are there pyshc courses in social sciences faculty that i can take?

The course calendar can help you with that.

You can take Bio 1P03 to make up for the lack of 4U. Even though you're in social sciences, some are incredibly bio intensive (for example: 2F03). I would recommend it if you're in psych.

Bio 1P03 wasn't hard (Don't ask why a commerce student was taking it >_<). Hell you even took it in grade 11.

If you really wanna take 1XX3, take 1P03 first term.
