First Years and Housing Next Year
So i've heard we should be starting to look for people to live with next year, as well as where to live now!!!

Is this true???? If so, what do we do?

Yes, you should start considering who you would want to live with next year.

I'll be writing an article about this subject which will come out sometime after the 5th (I've got lots going on until then so I am on article hiatus)...so hold tight...

If you're expecting to move out for 2nd semester (January - April) then most people would be house hunting by now. But if you talking about looking for housing for September, then most people hunt during second semester, but if you're looking for really good houses or large student apartments (such as West Village Condos for example), then people start signing leases early in the year.
