Just bait them in with food. Last year summer, I was eating cookies at a bench and accidentally dropped a few pieces. A squirrel came and stalked me for the next 10 minutes.
Back to the OT though, the Hospital Cafe is open 24/7. Not the greatest / freshest selection, but it's readily accessible, especially if you're studying in HSL. Also, Fortinos has fast food too: Chinese take-out, massive pitas, fresh pizzas, salads, whole roasted chickens... all kinds of good stuff!
