What kind of foreign film? French perhaps? I've only seen one foreign french film, but I was really impressed. I think Empire is more expensive than Cineplex. I wouldn't bet on it though.

I don't know what foreign films. They played the Queen when it came out, and now they are playing more modern films like Sex and the City and whatnot.
I though Cineplex was more expensive. Let me check....
Adult at Empire Theatres costs $6.99
Adult at Cineplex costs $9.95
So it's like a half-price Cineplex movie!

where do we pick up these HSR cards or stickers, is it just on our MAC ID.

All you have to do is show your student card on any bus in Hamilton! I'm not sure when you get them in the mail. Any time now? I just got my fourth update to my card last week.

Wow, that's cheap. Better make the most of it by seeing as many movies as I can while I'm in Hamilton XD

I doubt it. The pass only covers 8 months, so September to April...

Two times this summer traveling on these buses, the bus driver got in a fight with a passenger. One was because the passenger was swearing and didn't want to leave the bus when he was told to go. The other time was similar.
Also there was the time when a car in front of the bus wouldn't move, so the bus driver kept honking. When we finally drove around, the lady in the car raised her middle finger and the bus driver started yelling at her.
Sometimes the bus driver is right, sometimes not. But it's always craziness here in Hamilton :S
It also drives me CRAZY when the bus drivers park their buses with everyone on it, and walk in to Tim Hortons. Sometimes they're gone for 10 minutes! One time he just came back with chips and something else. Why couldn't he wait until the end of the line to get his snack? Was it necessary to make all of us late and have 3 buses pass us in the meantime?? Blah

Everyone should've gotten that red validation sticker in the mail. There's a yellow band on it that says HSR, and this is your "free bus pass" for the school year. It came with your confirmation package. If you got your student card already, you should have one. If not...well, you should be getting it soon, unless you forgot to fill in your new student form.

To be honest, the complaints about the one way roads are over-exaggerated. The only one ways you'll probably use on a regular basis are King and Main streets and they're 4-5 lanes wide.
Roads in Hamilton are easy to navigate, far easier than downtown Toronto.

I disagree completely. If you come from a city like Toronto were one way streets are usually small residential streets then Hamilton is going to screw with your head. Having had to drive the streets of Hamilton several times I find it stupid and a royal pain in the arse.

Me too!
I remember passing a street and it taking me 15 minutes to get back to the one I needed because of all the damn one ways.
