Hey all! Back in my
Meal Plan Article from August, I mentioned the free super-sized Coca-Cola bottles that you get for being on residence. Well they're here!....Almost. If you've been to La Piazza in the student center, you might have noticed a sign above the fountain drinks that says "Refill your Coke bottle here for $1.10". Granted it's increased 1 cent from last year, but it's a really good deal. It's around twice the size of the largest fountain cup, if not bigger, and the large cup costs a lot more. You can use it for any fountain drink. It's a great way to save money, especially since one re-fill can last the whole day. Just make sure to clean it after
This is good news, because I was getting worried that they weren't coming this year. I talked to the manager of Commons, and they weren't sure either. But I've seen the boxes, so they'll be here soon. Sometime in the near future, you will recieve a coupon in your mailbox, so check regularly. Give that to the cashier at La Piazza or Commons or anywhere else that carries them and they will give you the bottle. Currently Commons doesn't have the sign above their fountain drinks, so I'm assuming it's going to take a bit more time. Cheers!
