Friend's Mac email got deactivated after grad, and he needs it back. What can be done
My friend recently graduated in 2018 and today, his Mac email got deactivated. He was using it to apply to McMaster's post-grad program, and has crucial information saved on it. Would he be able to get it back, at least for a few minutes, and what are the steps?

Have your friend reach out to the UTS (University Technology Services) support team. They handle Mac emails.
