Will I get kicked out?
I got accepted to Technology I program (Faculty of Engineering) but I have registered for all Engineering I courses because I want to switch to Engineering II after my first year. So, will they kick me out?

What you're doing is shadowing another program which is perfectly fine! I'm doing the same thing this year. No, you won't get kicked out.

Some time ago someone gave me this insight: The University is a business, and as long as you give them money they want you.
This is pretty much it; along with keeping your grades up to your faculty's standards, more or less you can stay if you can pay :-)

How does this shadowing another program thing work exactly?
For example, I was accepted to kinesiology I, but if I wanted to - could I take all health science classes if I wanted to switch into that after first year?
Are there any restrictions to this?

There may be more than this, but in some cases you must get the permission of the instructor of a given course before attending from another faculty. This restriction (along with any others) would be listed in the calendar, or you could talk with the HS faculty undergrad advisor(s).

That's right. Most of the Health Sci courses say you must be in the Faculty of Health Sci to in the Undergraduate Calendar to take it so if you're in Engineering then it won't be as simple. You'd need permission.
Other than that though, if you're transfering to another program WITHIN your current Faculty then you can take all the courses you want for that program then just transfer at the end of the year (all you have to do is fill out a form).

If you get kicked out, then I'm in trouble. I'm not even taking any courses from my faculty, let alone my program

Not if you plan to apply to a different program.

Linguistics, Spanish and Greek, all level 1, all Humanities. And at least 2 of the remaining 4 classes I need to complete a level 1 program are from Humanities too.

I ended up taking about five Humanities courses and five Soc Sci courses in first year. I ended up in a combined Honours program with a Soc Sci and a Humanities degree (thereby making me a Humanities student...not sure why the school works that way...). It happens a lot more often than you think.
