I am a new graduate student and I wanted to know how we can register for undergraduate courses. I sent an email to the department but they didn’t respond, any idea? Thanks

I'm not sure you're eligible unless it's cross-listed with a grad course, in which case you'd register under the course code for the graduate course.

This is primarily an undergrad forum so it'll be hard to find people with experience in that. You should contact the department offering the course again, or the graduate department you're a part of.

The different departments are currently in the process of sending out information like this to their graduate students. You might expect to get a comprehensive package of info. any day soon. Briefly, yes, there is a form to be filled out and to get approved. A definite number of seats are normally reserved for such purposes. Follow the procedure specified in your department. Generally speaking, graduate students choose their courses in consultation with their supervisory committee, and this process happens in early September.

Thank you all for your answers. It is indeed cross listed with a grad course but it doesn't appear on solar. I tried to call the department again but no one answered and I can't find any information on the department's website. I guess I'll try again tomorrow...
