Are grade reports mailed home?
Lol I was wondering if they mail these home... that would be BAD

You're an adult now and they would need your consent before doing such a thing. Your parents won't know about your grades unless you tell them.

That reminds me of the time I was at summer orientation first year. There was an info session for parents, as my mom left she told me that some parent put up her hand and said "Can you please take attendance for the first month and call home when our kid skips class?" the two of us shared a good laugh over that.
