I've had sleep paralysis before. I only remember it happening when I had nightmares though. I would wake up but not be able to move, panicking like no tomorrow. I could open my eyes but they are so hard to keep open and every time I close them I'm back in my nightmare. I remember one time I had the waking up/falling back asleep cycle happen like 4-5 times, all the times I woke up I was paralyzed. I don't think I've ever been so scared in my life >.>

have you ever had this kinda situation where you wake up from a sleep, and you hear these loud beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee p sound like fire alarms, you can't move your bodies around, so basically the only things that you can move are your eyeballs.

If you've experienced this, you'll know.
Doesnt this scare you cus you feel like if you move your body and look around, you'll see a ghost or something? lol

whenever this happens i try my best to wake up and move my bodies.. but very difficult..
Sometimes when I sleep, I have this amazing feeling! I think it's called waking up and starting my day on a normal note. Anyone ever have that?
