I am so worried right now, I was not home for the past 2 months but I have done all the steps online and confirmed the payment agreement. When I got home, I have pile of letters from mac, but no mac id card inside!!! do I have to pay the tuition to get the mac id car or confirmation is just fine???

I haven't payed my tuition, and i received my card last week.
It was in with my McMaster University Registration Confirmation Form.

I haven't received mine as of yet either, and I'm getting frustrated because I need that letter in order to pull out money from my student loan from the bank. I'm thinking of calling tomorrow if it's not there, because it was printed 2 weeks ago :S

Dunno if this applies to any of you, but out of province students (and I guess out of country too) have to pick them up Sep 2nd at the Office of the Registrar. Worst case scenario I'm guessing you'll have to pick them up there too.

So I have a question; we need those IDs for the mealplan, so how are we supposed to eat from moving in on Aug 30 until then?

Lol, jks. I was getting frustrated too. You just have to wait. Make sure your payment agreement is completed, and you're fully registered, and it should be on its way.

Registration Confirmation!?

Is this the letter that comes with your MAC ID card...that lets u know what courses u have chosen and whatnot...and its on some rli thin paper lol?

It's probably too late now... but you should check if your address depot is correct. My postal code was wrong for some reason... but I fixed that a long time ago.

Please note that your confirmation package with your confirmation letter, validation sticker and student identification card for new students is ready. However, it cannot be mailed to you as your mailing address is either outside the province, outside the country or incomplete.

Your confirmation package will be available for pickup starting Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in the Office of the Registrar, Gilmour Hall 108, during regular business hours. Please ensure that you bring photo identification with you.

Office of the Registrar regular business hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday - 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Please note that the Office of the Registrar will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2008 in observance of the Labour Day holiday.

My parents were told by the bank that I need my confirmation letter (that's supposed to come with your package) because it has the universitie's crest on it or w/e. Mine says it was printed Aug 11...I guess I'll have to see if it comes today
