How many are you talking about? I don't think it's bad per se, but t would definitely raise some flags if you're considering grad school and such.

Yup as Sara said it would raise flags when applying for grad school, however it also depends on your reason for canceling the course... If it was a legit reason (maybe illness or a death in the family) that hinged on your ability to do well, then I can't see it being a problem once you explain.
Also what is a lot.. How many are u referring to?

No it shouldn't affect you. Many people cancel courses for all sorts of reasons. I've asked academic counselors. It will not affect you.
