Health Science 1I06?
Hi, I have a question regarding the Health Science course Cellular and Molecular Systems and Practicum in Health Sciences that required in Level 1.

The undergraduate calendar says that it is not open to students with registration in Biology 1A03, but it's not listed as an antirequisite. Are the courses equivalent? I'd like to pursue certain biology courses in level 2, but Health Sci 1I06 isn't a prerequisite for any biology course. Would Health Sci 1I06 allow me to access courses for which the prerequisite is Biology 1A03, or do I need to take both Health Sci and Biology 1A03/1M03?

Thanks.

It sounds to me that you just can't take it at the same time. Whatever is stated in the Course Calendar goes, so if you need Bio 1A03 you need Bio 1A03.

Since it only says that you can't take Health Sci 1I06 if you are taking or have taken Bio 1A03. You can take Bio 1A03 after taking Health Sci 1I06.

So you can theoretically take Bio 1A03 in second year after taking Health Sci 1I06.
