So, apparently in the mail I received a brochure for the Health Sciences program - it was to help students who applied to multiple programs make a choice and try to sell the Health Sci program.

I was just wondering, do they tend to only send this to applicants who have a high chance of admission? Or is it sent to everyone who has applied? This is just a question my friend and I had - any feedback would be awesome!

Yup, they send it to everyone.

I never got a brochure!
...but I got in, so...

I never received one either and I got in as well.

It could be a new thing that they're doing this year...
