Yeah Singh. Really focus on this on your paper. It doesn't matter how bad or embarrassing the reasons might've been. They've heard it all. Just make sure you make it super clear what happened and why it won't repeat.

Thanks alot guys, The reason was simple lack of concentration in studies, partied a lot.
Sorry for being so unclear. I can sense you guys are really professional's.

I am worried about the year gap, where I applied for job and was unsuccessful.
Applied for reinstatement got rejected. I don't have to talk about that year right. Just recent stuff right?

I didn't quite get the phrasing... You got rejected again this year? You don't want to talk about your year off, or the year with the low GPA? Pretty sure you have to discuss both, i.e. where it went wrong and how the stuff you did in that year off prove that you're ready to come back.

I did my first year in McMaster 2years ago in Life Sciences, got kicked out because of low grades.
Than I filled in for reinstatement, in which I simply said that I screwed up. Got REJECTED!!!
Did nothing for a year.
Applied again got REJECTED!!!
than i went to college and score good. Now applying again. I am wondering if I have to specify something the year off...

I would talk about the year off just to be safe, even though you may not have done any courses ro studies (if I udnerstood correctly), you could elaborate on personal growth and reflecting on your situation and such.

Ok wil do thanks alot.. So I should just say tried looking for job, didn't had luck. Read course and management books. Talk to family and friends, how I can improve. Met mac Consellor's. Got guidance and went to college.
Is this good enough?

Maybe pay someone to write it for you, no offence but with the grammar shown in your posts, your reinstatement letter will be thrown out with all the grammatical and punctuation mistakes your writing possesses. good luck with your reinstatement, and if you want better advice, as others have clearly stated you still have yet to tell why you had such bad grades. Unless you are ashamed of the reason, it is a good idea to post it hear if you want good advice to help you with your reinstation.
