Trust me, don't waste your time and write 3-4pages.

Keep it short and simple, 1 page.

1st paragraph, stating what happened
2nd paragraph, How you bounced back and what you accomplished when you were out of mac
3rd paragraph, What do you plan on doing differently this year!

Include transcripts, recommendation letters if you can.

That's the deadline for the payment option to appear on your payment agreement. The deadline to apply for OSAP is 90 days prior to the end of the 2012-2013 school year (assuming you are enrolling in both terms).

You can apply to osap after the deadline... you can apply in September if you want...the thing is, if you apply after the deadline you have to pay a small amount of your tuition in September (about 1kshh).

I've been reading on people actually transfering into eng and science from Btech with really good mark. I am normally a really capable student, first year was the first time I have failed in my life. Highschool was all all 90s and high 80s :/
You seem like a nice guy so I'll jump in!

I would say mention summer school, because it shows you are serious. If they are good, perfect. If they are not, you can at least argue you still went through with it, and made an effort (you didn't just sit down and do nothing).

I'm not sure about transferring. Is reinstatement on a faculty or a program basis? Because if its the latter, the would recommended something like "if I do not reach the requirements to be reinstated into life science, I would appreciate physical chem or enviro sci." I know people who have moved from those two programs back into life sci in second year.

Thank you for the Reply, The advisor told me to apply to "Science I/II" that way it targets every subcategory in the science faculty.
