Hi I am planning on transferring to Carleton University for the upcoming Winter Semester. What is the proper way of going about this? I have decided to take my first semester off at McMaster but it says if I drop all my courses (first and second semester) I will withdraw from the university which I do not want until I am officialy accepted to Carleton. So far I have just registered for a couple courses for the second semester at McMaster, and I am wondering when I need to pay this fee and if I will get this fee back if I do get into Carleton and drop those courses.
