I'm trying to enroll in summer classes and when I click submit, it says that I couldn't enroll because "You have a hold on your record. The hold on your record must be removed before this transaction can be processed." What does this mean??

Typically that means you owe fees on your account. Contact Student Accounts and Cashiers for information

the thing is, i already paid off my fees on monday and my balance is gone under the finances tab.. does it just take a bit of time to take the hold off?

Same here. I'm sure I paid all my fees a few months ago before the mosaic transition, yet in the charges due section I apparently still owe the school $35 (with a due date of 2014/09/01). Is anyone else experiencing this?
