Frank answer? No. Unless every other girl was dead. Of the guy finds her unattractive he won't be physically invested into the relationship which would be a problem even if they're not sexually active. One day he might want to be and wouldn't want to do it with her.

if you look decent then they might give a chance if not then even if your personality is great they won't, unless looks are not their first priority
