Computation and Theory;
Biophysics;
Astrophysics

you'll love it! I'm currently finishing off physics with the origins research specialization but I've also taken plenty of the astro courses as well. The class sizes are always really amazing and so are the profs. There are plenty of opportunities that the department has out there to supplement your classwork as well (ie lots of NSERC summer positions, etc)..
