You should expect typical interview questions like "Why do you think you'd make a good LD/CST?", but there was also something like "In this situation <insert problematic situation>, what would your course of action be?"
There was also a creative element, but I won't elaborate, partly because you can't practice/study for it anyway, and partly because it'll probably be different than it was last year.
The best advice I can offer is to just relax and be yourself, as unfortunately cliché as that may sound. If you made it this far, it probably means you have what it takes to be a leader. The interview is just the time to show it to them.
Good luck though. I really regret not applying before the deadline this year but I was just swamped with work that week despite all the FB notifications and stuff. =\
