HYPE! Summer Transition Program for Students with Disabilties

BY MIKE MURPHY, MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR, CENTRE FOR STUDENT DEVELOPMENT

HYPE is a FREE summer transition program for students with non-physical or physical disabilities. Completely created and implemented by fourth year students for their first year peers.

What do you do at HYPE?
  • Stay in Mary E Keyes residence for FREE (with meals provided) from August 4th - 7th, 2009.
  • Learn about the accommodation process, learning strategies, adaptive technologies and all of the resources McMaster has to help you achieve your maximum potential
  • Do the ALTITUDE Ropes Course!!! Free of charge!! (http://www-athrec.mcmaster.ca/altitu...ials/index.htm)
