It should be mentioned in your acceptance letter. I got credit and it was mentioned in my offer.

That's weird, it's not on mine, although I only kept certain papers from mac, they send too much stuff, so some got recycled.

You will need to request that your final IB scores be assessed for advanced credit but typically you require a 5 or greater on a HL course in order to receive advanced credit. You should contact the Admissions Office in writing requesting that your final IB scores be assessed.

The acceptance letter has two pages (Three if you are an international student) :

1. The first one says "Congratulation on receiving an offer of admission from McMaster University....."
2. The Second one says which program you got accepted to and some other notes aboutand some conditional terms if you have any..
3. The third one is the "Letter of acceptance for Study Permit purpose" This is for international students only.

I got my credit transfer mentioned in the second paper. So search for this paper and see if you have it or not.
If you don't have it or the credit transfer is not mentioned, I suggest you send an email for McMaster and see what they say.

Click here if you need contacts.
