Important question
So I already picked all the courses I need for my 2nd year commerce . But the tutorial/core selection is on July 11 but I'm leaving Canada July 7. I was wondering if I don't chose My times will they automatically chose for me ? Or will I lose my spot?

You get sectioned and then if you want you can switch sections.

So to clarify, sectioning is basically when you're timetable is being made. You can switch your sections August 9th, or after your timetable comes out.

Not quite.

You're right about the first round.

The second round (in August) you can change the sections that you are placed in but you don't pick them.

June (Fight for the Courses, The Survival of the Fittest) --> July (The Leftovers) --> BLOCKED FROM SOLAR (Sectioning) --> August (The Timetable Switch)

July is basically "the leftovers" you get to pick more courses in hope that the ones that were full are now available. And no you can only see the final timetable after august 8 after which you can edit it.
