Joining SOCS
Hey guys! I was wondering how/when you are able to join socs during welcome week... I feel like the biggest loner here and I really want to meet some people!

I haven't actually met everyone since I went out earlier today and they were all gone by the time I got back... I would feel like a complete loner if I went to the campus myself :(

Last year I signed up at a tent on the lawn across from the student center/ in front of BSB when I picked up my bag of faculty stuff/swag (t-shirts, water bottle, umbrella, etc) and I believe that was the Tuesday of welcome week. It'll probably be there before that though.

They should be around all of Welcome week and during CLubsFest so you can sign up with them.

omg im in the same situ....i feel like a loner hehe..moved here from britain and i feel silly walking round on my own trying to mingle lol. hopefully i find the socs tent soon enough...

They ended up being in the student centre yesterday and will be there today again I believe!
