Kinesiology 2Y03 / LifeSci3M03
What is the difficulty and the workload of these courses like?

I cannot afford to get any grade lower than 11.
It would be great if you could compare these 2 courses to different courses in life sci field such as
biochem2ee3, bio2b03(cellbio), bio2c03(genetics), bio2a03(animal physio), psych2e03(sensory), lifesci2a03
in terms of difficulty.

Thank you in advance!

Kin 2Y03 is pretty easy, you just have to memorize quite a bit. It is comparable to bio 2b03 in terms of memorization IMO. Easy course overall though

life sci 3mo3 is a new course offered for the first time this this so no one knows what it's like. as for 2y03 it's not a difficult course .. there is a lot of memorization for the weekly quizzes, an 11 or 12 is doable in the course if you put in the right amount of effort.

cell bio is also a lot of memorization of little details and a lot of people have trouble in the course, you can get a double digit in the course but it requires more effort than 2y03.

I personally found genetics hard, i thought the weekly quizzes were not fair because there would be like 4 questions and you were given6 minutes to do them, sometimes the questions were straightforward and simple but often they require work (like doing probabilities and other length answers) and the quizzes were worth a good chunk of your mark .. the exam was too lengthy for 3 hours, there was not enough time to do everything (you had 60 multiple choice and a bunch of written answers) and like i said before the mc weren't just read and answer, a lot of them required work .. anyways that's just my opinion.

ls 2a03 is also easy, it had no exam and the midterms and essay weren't that bad. i haven't taken the rest of the courses so i can't say anything but from what i have heard biochem 2ee3 is also 12-able. if i had to pick between these i would pick 2y03 or ls 2a03.
