I get this message: "Sorry there is no FirstClass Server with that name of the network. Check your connection setup"

How do I fix this? I've tried connecting in different places and I get this same message.:frankenstein 2:

Is the server learnlink.mcmaster.ca ?

Address: home.fc

& Registered user should be checked.

Follow these steps and see if it works:
- On the first log in window (where you enter your user id/password), click on the arrow besides "advanced" to open the options.
- Click on setup
- In the server box, enter the "learnlink.mcmaster.c a".
- Save the settings and try logging in now
Also as mentioned in the previous post, make sure that the address is home.fc and registered user is checked

In the email that you got about LearnLink there are a few videos that show step by step instructions of how to set everything up.

That worked! I don't know what happened though. It's been fine, but I guess somehow "learnlink.mcmaster.c a" got deleted automatically?
