Life science Level 2
Hello,
I have been accepted to Mathematics and Statistcs level 1 program
I was looking at the course list, and checking out the level 2 program requirements, and i noticed that the math and stats student can't get to level 2 life sci. (i think)
So is it any possible way for a level 1 Math and Stats student to Transfer into Lifescience level 2 (for a b.sc. in life sci) ??
thank you very much

Short answer: yes.
You can wait until you get to Mac, and start talking to an academic advisor right away. They'll tell you what courses you'd need to be eligible to switch into Life Science level 2, and you can start on prerequisites (like Chem, Bio, Physics and Psych) right away. They'll also give you more details about switching at that point, you might be able to switch into level 1 Life Sci right away.
Both programs are in the faculty of science, and as long as you have the marks they're pretty good with letting you switch programs.

If you can find the email then go ahead and contact beforehand - it couldn't hurt.
Worse case scenario is that she/he says come see me personally in September.
