- sleeping with the window open in the summer time and realizing I'm not cold
- waking up just as the sun is rising, with my window open and realizing I'm not cold
- hitting every single note of my favourite song on the guitar
- the 9 minutes of bliss I experience when blasting "The Legacy" by Iron Maiden while driving (during the summer with the windows open, of course)
- falling asleep at the beach
...I like summer =)

Woah, just went full circle.
Going full circle, coincidentally, is also one of my favorite simple pleasures.

I also enjoy being able to wake up bright and early without an alarm clock. Makes me feel less pathetic. Set my alarm for 9 this morning, woke up at 6:30. xD I HATE sleeping/sleeping in.
My big windows help, though.

waking up thinking you have class/work and then realizing you don't.
Driving...anywhere.
Finding the name of that song you thought was awesome on the radio.
Long refreshing showers.
Biking through nature trails.
Putting on socks on a cold morning.
Taking said socks off after a long day.
Buying socks (not really, just had to keep the combo goin).

I don't leave the AC on just so that I can enjoy the warmth.
Our house traps heat like a furnace and central air conditioning causes every room to get super cold resulting in the scenario described above
I always sleep with a blanket no matter how hot it is though

Driving around when my favourite song comes on the radio
Sitting in my warm house as there is a crazy rainstorm outside.
Relaxing on my laptop.
Late night drives with a fun group.
That feeling after you wear warm clothes after a shower

Just the little things:
Watching the sunrise at 5:oo...
Wishing for a song on the radio and poof...there it is.
Snese of accmplishment.
Making someone laugh!
Sometimes...complete silence and darkness....around 3:00 at night.
