Contact the right people and contact them now (from my own experience, profs aren't able to open seats for you or put you into their course on their own, it's the academic advisors who are able to do that from what I've gone through at least)
There's a list of academic advisors somewhere on Mac's site but I don't have the link handy =[
But you should be able to get into a conflict-free schedule because all your courses are required and not electives, even if it's only offered in one term, so just contact them ASAP (like now lol)
