Any guys that want to live off campus and still experience the traditional uni experience. I'm down for alcohol but not too much of smoking, maybe on occasion. Inbox to talk.

Just a warning, I have a friend that lived there this past year and I hear the management is terrible (i.e. rooms aren't taken care of very well/they don't really give a crap about the students that live there). Whatever you do just make sure you check it out thoroughly before signing anything or moving in!

I've heard a number of great and bad things about the west village suites. I am personally staying there this coming year. One of my suitemates is spending his 3rd consecutive year at this residence location.

If you hear bad things about management etc. It often comes down to the person's attitude or behaviour towards management. I experienced first hand some of the best service from management and have no complaints to date. It's best to go in optimistic rather than doubting or worrying about small details.
