When i bought my macpass at titles, they gave me this paper saying all my info on it (faculty, residence, etc) and a receipt, and i'm pretty sure i lost both of them..... will i need these in order to pick up my actual mac pass or will they just need my student number/mac id card?

I dont think so. I bought mine online and just had to give them my name and program etc. Just have a id card with you

i know they have a list of names though... so if you bring your student id they may let you pick it up. to be safe, i'd start searching for that reciept though.

When you bought your MacPass, they should've asked for your email address so they could send you a virtual receipt. Just present that on the day you go to pick it up and there shouldn't be problems .
